Returns and Refunds Policies:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!  We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.  You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Blue Ridge Extractions is not responsible for return shipping fees.

 

PRODUCT DEFECTS, MISSING ITEMS & DAMAGED PACKAGES: 

We allow five days from the date of delivery to notify us regarding any type of product defect, missing items, or if the package was damaged in transit.  If we are not notified of any defects, damages, or missing items within a five-day window upon delivery, it is understood that the order was delivered in its entirety and the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

If your product was purchased through a Blue Ridge Extractions distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

We do not take returns based on taste.  We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
